Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Everlles ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates
  2. Contact your local post office or customs office
  3. Reach out to us at support@everlles.com

We will do our best to assist, though we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Everlles is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make the correction.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple pieces, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times depending on stock locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
